I hope this email finds you well on this blessed Easter Sunday! We have some exciting updates to share with you in this month's newsletter. As Operations Director, I have been focusing on all things ReStore, so my introduction is as such:

In the heart of our community, where compassion meets action, Boise Valley Habitat for Humanity continues to thrive with the unwavering assistance of our dedicated volunteers and supporters.

Happy New Year! On behalf of the entire Habitat team and the families we serve, thank you for your generosity, volunteerism, and prayers during 2023!

It is (finally) the most wonderful time of the year, and we're looking forward to sharing it with you!

Whitewater Remodel part 2.

Our first "demo day" at the Whitewater remodel was a success.

Volunteers and employees have been hard at work repairing and building alongside Ada County homeowners in need of critical home repairs. 

From a quiet Evening in the Garden in 2007 to a 200-person, sold-out event, Evening in the Garden has been a key fixture of FarWest Landscape & Garden Center’s philanthropic efforts. For 17 years, Dennis & Maya Fix, owners of FarWest, and 45 employees have generously donated their seven-acre nursery to serve as the backdrop for Habitat’s key fundraiser. Yet, most of you don’t know the history of FarWest’s contributions and breadth of support for Habitat and the event.

As one chapter closes, another opens for Nuha, Ali, and their two children. From the love of their home, the gratitude for the homeownership opportunity, and the success they found in the 7 years they lived there, Nuha recounts their time as Habitat homeowners as they sell their Habitat home for something bigger.
